| ADHT Pre-Capstone The pre-capstone is an upper-level methodology, research, and writing class that prepares students for their capstone experience (e.g., thesis project). Students refine skills that they have developed throughout their course of study, including research, writing, and presentation; self-reflection and peer assessment; and incorporation of systems thinking, public policy, and social justice. Class activity is integrated with and contextualized by students' individual work, and emphasis on the reciprocity of practice and theory enables students to reflect critically on art, design, and visual practices. |
