REGISTRATION for summer 2013 is now open

Deadline: Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Applications are accepted in the order in which they are received. Class sizes are limited.  Apply as early as possible, as most courses fill before session deadlines. The deadline for Summer Intensive Studies: Paris is May 1.

Summer Intensive Studies: Paris courses that have reached enrollment capacity will be listed online as Closed for Registration. Students who wish to register for a course that has closed may request to be added to the wait list. Please read the information carefully and complete the wait list form here. 

how to Register for Courses

Registrants should select courses at the appropriate level, Pre-College or College/Adult, as described below.

• Pre-College: Students must be 16–18 years of age as of July 8, 2013.
• College/Adult: Students must be at least 19 years of age as of July 8, 2013, or have completed one year of college.

Tuition and fees: $4,139. Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Course listings: Visit the course listings page and select Summer Intensive Studies: Paris to view courses being offered in summer 2013.

Payment Methods

Notes about paying by credit card: To ensure a smooth registration process, check with your bank before submitting your credit card information, especially if your card is issued by a bank outside of the United States. The expiration date of the card should be at least two months after the date on which you submit your tuition payment. Please keep in mind that credit and debit cards usually limit the amount you can charge.

Online registration: Payment can be made by credit card only. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Paper registration: Payment can be made by credit card, U.S. domestic check, money order, or cash.

• Payment by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Write your credit card number and expiration date on the registration form.
• Payment by check: Checks submitted for payment must be drawn on a U.S. bank with a U.S. bank routing number and account number MICR encoded on the check. Foreign checks are not accepted.
• Payment by money order: International money orders (such as American Express) in U.S. dollars are accepted.
• Payment in cash: Payment in cash can be made only in person. Do not send cash in the mail.

withdrawals and Refunds

Withdrawals must be submitted in writing and received before the dates below to qualify for refund of tuition.

• Before May 1: full tuition refund
• Before June 1: refund of tuition less 20 percent penalty
• June 1 and later: no tuition refund
