Study Abroad

Study Fashion and Design Abroad with Parsons

There are a number of ways for current Parsons students to study abroad and for students from other schools to study at Parsons. Gathered here are application instructions, information, and resources for outgoing and incoming students.

OUTGOING STUDENTS

Outgoing students are those students enrolled full-time at Parsons and interested in studying abroad for a semester or a year. To review details regarding eligibility, deadlines, and the application process, visit the Outgoing Students page.

There are several types of study abroad options:

  • Parsons Paris will offer selected programs beginning in fall 2013 and is currently accepting study abroad applications.
  • Exchange partner institutions have established relationships with Parsons; these arrangements allow Parsons students to study abroad through a simplified process.
  • Outside institutions and programs require students, upon approval from Parsons, to make the necessary arrangements for their experience abroad.

Students interested in summer courses should see Summer Programs. Please note that Parsons' summer programs have a separate registration process and do not require the study abroad application.

INCOMING STUDENTS

Incoming students are those students enrolled in other institutions who are interested in taking courses at Parsons for a semester. Parsons offers fall, spring, and summer courses at both the New York and Paris campuses.
