
Graduates of the American Musical and Dramatic
Academy (AMDA) can transfer credits to The New School and earn a
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in a flexible, self-designed academic
program.
You can study part-time or full-time. You can take courses on campus
and online with the option to complete all the degree requirements
online. You can create a path of study tailored to the goals and issues
that matter to you. The New School for Public Engagement offers hundreds
of timely and interesting courses for undergraduate degree students,
including some courses offered by other divisions of the university. See the NSPE undergraduate curriculum page for more information about course options.
Note: The BFA in Musical Theatre program is only for
graduates of the AMDA integrated program. Graduates of the AMDA studio
program are also invited to finish their bachelor's degrees at The New
School for Public Engagement in the Liberal Arts BA/BS program.
Financial aid and scholarships are available to qualified students. If
you are a veteran, you or your dependents may be eligible for VA
education assistance.
