Marie-Christine Masse

Professor Massé has been teaching courses in French at The New School for Public Engagement since Fall 2010. Before instructing at The New School, she taught at Carleton College (MN) and Drew University (NJ). Professor Masse is the coordinator of the French program and teaches all levels of French, as well as advanced courses in French-speaking Cinema, Popular Culture or French Literature. Her research interests are foreign language pedagogy , uses of technology in language learning, cinema and cultural studies, and 19th century literature.
