Anne Katz, Ph.D. (Language, Literacy and Culture, Stanford University) has nearly 30 years of expertise as a researcher, project manager, and writer, concentrating on the areas of curriculum development and learner assessment. She has written numerous research papers, books, and articles on these subjects and was the Chair of TESOL Assessment Guidelines Team, for six years. She is based in Brattleboro, Vermont.
