Special Interest Communities

Special Interest Communities offer a unique residential experience by allowing students with a common interest to live together and explore a topic or theme through community interaction, programming, and leadership development around that topic or theme. Special Interest Communities are designed with student needs in mind and will be supported by the floor Resident Advisor (RA) and Residence Life professional staff members of each hall.

Special Interest Communities for 2013-2014 include:

  • The Green Community
  • The Healthy Living Community
  • The Honors Community
  • The Music Community
  • The New Global Village
