Each of our residences is unique and offers different experiences. Here are some general descriptions that new students may find useful:
In the two primarily freshmen residences, the Stuyvesant Park Residence and the 13th Street Residence, a professional student-life staff provides personal attention and a great program of house activities.
Upperclassmen, graduate students, and Parsons AAS students have a choice of living in the 20th Street Residence, amid the galleries and nightlife of the Chelsea neighborhood, or living in living in the brand new, LEED certified Kerrey Hall at the University Center, where Greenwich Village meets Union Square.
